This chapter invites your team to create something temporary, intentional, and fully your own using only what the park naturally offers around you.
Leaves.

Petals.

Shapes.
No instructions.
No right answers.
No perfect design.
Just what feels true to your team in this moment.
Your team may choose any peaceful area within the park to complete this chapter
Instructions
As a team, spend 10 minutes gathering natural materials from the park.
Then work together to create a mandala on the ground using:
leaves
petals
stones
sticks
grass
anything naturally available nearby
There is no correct design.
Only the design your team creates together.
Once complete:
film the final mandala
stand around it together
choose ONE word representing what this weekend has become for your team
One person should speak the word aloud on camera.
Bonus Challenge
Your team must find:
an Italian ice cart
ORan ice cream vendor
Then:
Choose a flavour representing how your team feels right now
Explain the choice on camera
Bonus points if your video captures:
the search itself
interactions with vendors
spontaneous NYC moments along the way
