What do these table labels mean?
Every vendor space includes: One 6 ft table and two chairs. Additional chairs can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
A regular vendor table space at the standard vendor rate.
A specially designated table location within the venue and priced at the premium vendor rate. Premium refers to the table's placement, not additional equipment or services.
This space has access to a designated electrical connection. Vendors requesting electricity will be asked to provide details about the equipment they plan to use.
This space is approved for vendors selling food or beverages. Food vendors must select a space marked Food and complete the required Ottawa Public Health vendor documentation.
This space can accommodate an interactive display, activity, demonstration, or experience that may require more than a traditional table setup.
The table is currently available to select.
Another vendor is currently completing registration for this table. If their hold expires without payment, the table may become available again.
The table has already been confirmed and is no longer available.
The table is not being offered for vendor registration.
A table may have more than one designation. For example, a Premium table may also include electrical access. Review all labels shown on the table card before selecting your space.
