Whispers Through the City: The Impact Race is an immersive, story-driven experience that takes teams across NYC through creative challenges, reflections, iconic locations, bookstores, hidden gems, and unforgettable moments inspired by storytelling, connection, and community.

This is not about winning.

It’s about:

• the conversations you didn’t expect to have

• the moments that catch your team off guard

• the stories you carry into the city

• and the ones you leave carrying afterward

Throughout the experience, your team will:

• upload photos and videos

• complete interactive challenges

• move through different chapters of the city

• and contribute to the final montage showcased Saturday night

Before You Begin

Please come prepared with:

• Comfortable walking shoes

• A fully charged phone

• Portable charger/power bank

• Water

• Comfortable clothing for walking throughout NYC

• Internet/data access

• Your creativity

• An open mind

Optional but encouraged:

• Props/costumes for fun challenge moments

• Earbuds/headphones

• Notebook or journal

Important Notes

• Some challenges involve photo and video uploads

• Teams will move throughout different parts of Manhattan

• Public transit, walking, and rideshare may all be used

• Most importantly: stay present and enjoy the experience
