We’re thrilled to announce that ticket sales are now open for Stories & Sweets: Celebrating Black History! Join us on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 1:00–5:00 PM at the Shenkman Arts Centre (Ottawa) for an unforgettable afternoon of culture, creativity, and community.
This special Black History Month edition will feature:
🛍️ The Marketplace of Stories – a vibrant vendor market with entrepreneurs from all backgrounds. Because everyone has a role in celebrating Black history.
🎤 The Main Stage – performances by Black creatives and professionals
💃 Storytelling through dance, song, and spoken word
🗣️ A thought-provoking panel discussion led by Black leaders and visionaries
